MAHARAJA EXPRESS -

DAY 01: DELHI – AGRA

On the first day of your regal journey, you will get the traditional welcome at Safdarjung Railway Station in Delhi. After the check-in process of the train journey enjoy a sumptuous dinner in Rang Mahal and Mayur Mahal which are two grand royal on-board restaurants. These tour restaurants adorned with theme design provide dishes of all kind suiting to global cuisine. Your overnight at the Maharajas Express with a comfortable night stay until you wake up in the city of Taj Mahal.

DAY 02: AGRA

The second day of your journey starts with your arrival in the Mughal city Agra which is replete with glorious monuments and architectural marvels. You start the Agra luxury by visiting the icon of love the Taj Mahal which one built the Mughal Emperor Shahjahan as an epitaph of his beloved queen Mumtaz Mahal. Later you have a Champagne breakfast atop Taj Khema mound. Post breakfast you have 2 options either you can return to the Maharajas’ Express to enjoy the comforts as Maharaja or you can go for the visit of the tomb of Itmad-Ud-Daulah which is popularly known as the “Jewel Box” of architecture. Your lunch will be on board at the Maharaja Express. Post lunch you have the options to visit the historic Agra Fort otherwise, you can indulge and other activities like Spa at Five Star Hotel or you can go on a shopping tour. Later you can retire to the train or enjoy watching the Mohabbat the Taj Show at Kalakriti cultural center. Afterward you will be served a royal dinner onboard and later proceed towards Sawai Madhopur for Tiger Safari.

DAY 03: RANTHAMBORE – JAIPUR

On the third day of a tour, you reach Sawai Madhopur District of Rajasthan and then proceed for seeking the adventure of Tiger Trail in the midst thick jungle. After the Tiger search returns back to the luxuries of Maharaja Express and have healthy breakfast on board. Later the Maharaja Express will lead towards the Pink City Jaipur and you will have the royal lunch on board in a great ambiance. On arriving in Jaipur you can visit the famous stone observatory known as the Jantar Mantar which was built by Raja Jai Singh of Jaipur and has the largest sundial in the World. Otherwise, you can enjoy the Spa at Five Star Hotel and rejuvenate yourself. The other options before you are – either visit Amber Fort or going on a shopping tour of Jaipur. Later proceed to visit the City Palace. Here you can indulge in the activities with the Elephants like painting them or feeding them or simply go for a Royal ride followed by a lavish dinner. After finishing the tour of Jaipur you return back to the Maharaja Express for your next destination Bikaner

DAY 04: BIKANER

After having on board breakfast on the Maharajas’ Express start your fourth day were with Bikaner sightseeing. You have the option to relax in the comforts of a luxury train or you can visit the famous Lalgarh Museum or opt for going to visit Karni Mata Temple at Deshnok. After a royal lunch on board proceeds to visit Junagarh Fort and later move to beautiful sundowners at sand dunes. On the way, you will have a short tea break at Gajner Palace. At the sand dunes, you enjoy barbeque, folk dances, and cocktails. At the end of the day retire to amenities of the Maharaja Express for your further journey to Jodhpur.

DAY 05: JODHPUR

Upon your arrival at Jodhpur, have breakfast on board. Post breakfast spends leisurely hours enjoying the privileges of Maharaja Express or you can go for a trip to trip to Bishnoi village or you can enjoy Spa services at five-star hotels. Later go for an excursion tour of Umaid Bhawan Palace and Jaswant Thada or if you wish to shop until you can do that. After breakfast, the lavish lunch on board proceeds for the Mehrangarh Fort followed by Old Clock Tower Market. In the evening we ready for the royal cocktail treat with a cultural puppet show at Hanwant Mahal. After finishing the tour of Sun City you will depart to Udaipur in your luxury tour. Overnight stay in the Maharaja Express.

DAY 06: UDAIPUR

On the sixth day of your tour as your reach Udaipur, you will be served breakfast onboard, after arriving in the City of lakes. Later you proceed for a boat ride in the famous Lake Pichola and then visit the City Palace. You will enjoy a royal lunch at Satkar Hall of Fateh Prakash Palace. Your dinner will be served while the Maharajas’ Express proceeds towards Balasinor which is your next destination.

DAY 07: BALASINOR

Today after onboard breakfast you arrive at Sevalia Railway Station. Later proceed to Dinosaur Fossil Park and enjoy a village walk tour. Later proceed to visit the Garden Palace at Balasinor and have a lavish lunch hosted by the Royal Family. Later you return back to enjoy the comforts of the deluxe Maharajas’ Express and have a wonderful evening followed by a regal dinner. Enjoy the spirits of India in the evening or in other words have a wonderful “Indian Evening” being on the Maharajas’ Express. Have a delicious regal dinner.

DAY 08: MUMBAI

On the final day of your royal journey after having onboard breakfast, you reach Lokmanya Tilak Terminus, Mumbai. Now it is a time to bit farewell to the Maharajas’ Express for a wonderful journey!
