Two Himalayan Worlds — Bhutanese Heritage & Sikkimese Mountains

Experience two of the Eastern Himalayas on one memorable journey with this carefully designed Bhutan + Sikkim tour package. Starting from Bagdogra, travel into Bhutan through the Phuentsholing border before discovering the cultural heart of Thimphu, the beautiful Punakha Valley and historic Paro. After completing your Bhutan experience, return towards Bagdogra and continue to Gangtok, Sikkim for mountain views, monasteries, local culture and peaceful Himalayan landscapes.

Bhutan brings together Buddhist heritage, traditional architecture, peaceful valleys and distinctive Himalayan culture. Explore Thimphu, cross scenic Dochula Pass, discover Punakha Dzong and experience the iconic Tiger’s Nest in Paro.

The second half of the journey introduces you to Sikkim, where the atmosphere changes from Bhutan’s traditional kingdom to a vibrant Himalayan state known for mountain scenery, monasteries, viewpoints and local culture. Explore Gangtok at a relaxed pace and enjoy the spectacular landscapes of the Eastern Himalayas.

Designed especially for travellers from India, this combination offers excellent variety in a single holiday — Bhutanese culture + Himalayan nature + Sikkimese heritage, without trying to cover too many destinations.
