Day 1:- You will be received and greeted by our representative at the airport. Check in the hotel. Our representative will introduce you to your private professional tour guide who will be there with you on tour of Mumbai. We start our tour of Mumbai by visiting Gateway of India, This is situated on the water boat in the Apollo bunder area of south Mumbai. This structure was built during the British rule as a memorial to to the landing of king George V and Queen Mary. When they visited India in 1911. From this monument you can have a look at the Tajmahal hotel very much in news for the infamous Mumbai terrorist attacks in 2008. From here we go on to visit the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sanghralaya formerly known as Prince of Wales Museum. This was founded by the prominent citizens of Mumbai to commemorate the then Prince of Wales. The building is made in Indo-saracenic style of architecture even some fine elements of Mughal,Jain and Maratha architecture have been incorporated. The museum has vast array of artifacts from Indian art, Archeology and History.
After a befitting lunch we resume our sightseeing and we drive past the nariman point to a place called Hanging Garden – perched on the terrace of Mumbai these are British heritage gardens built in 1880 you can have a terrific view of the bustling Mumbai city from here. The evening is at leisure. Overnight at hotel.
Day 2:- After a healthy breakfast we start our tour by paying homage to the father of nation- Mahatma Gandhi.
We will visit Mani Bhawan which was the home of Mahatma Gandhi how converted into a museum. From here we will take you to visit Dhobhi Ghat and you can have a peep into the day to day life of Mumbai and be a spectacle to hundreds of washermen of Mumbai washing clothes in tandem, From here we take you to Mumbai airport to board onward flight to Goa. You will be received and greeted by our representative at the Goa Airport.
Day 3:- After breakfast we set off on 3 Days Golden triangle tour to the world famous Goan churches starting with SE Cathedral, this perhaps is the largest church in India. This church was built by Portuguese to commemorate their victory over a Muslim army in 1510.
This church displays peculiar Portuguese- manueline architecture. After this we visit another church called Basilica of Bom Jesus . This basilica holds the remains of holy Saint Xavier. This church is a world heritage site. The church was completed in 1605. The rest of the day is at leisure and a private chauffeur driven luxury car will take you to view and enjoy the best Goa Tour beaches at your pleasure.
Day 4:- This entire day is at your leisure to enjoy some of the finest Goan beaches like-Anjuna beach,Arambol beach,Calangute beach,Candolim beach,Cavelossim beach,Colva beach,Dona-Paula. Overnight at hotel.
Day 5:- Another day to relax and marvel at some more beaches. Overnight at hotel.
Day6:- After breakfast we catch a flight back to Delhi. At Delhi airport you will be met and greeted by representative and straight in we drive to Agra using state of the art expressway taking around 4 hours for the same. Day 7:- In the morning before the sunrise we set off for a date with the momument of love – Taj Mahal, The rising sun presents before you a unique paradigm you will be amazed how this monument made in white marble changes colour with morning sun.
This is the most visited Indian monument made by mughal emperor Shahjahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. This monument is sheer poetry in white marble.
After Taj we take you to visit Agra fort- the citadel of mughal power and glory, this is the Fort from where the mughals ruled over India for more than 100 years, be amazed to see respective palaces of Akbar, Jahangir and Shah jahan.
After Fort we take you for a lunch break. After lunch we start our sightseeing with a smaller monument called Etmad-ud-daulah this is situated on the bank of river Yamuna and is known to be motivating factor for the Taj and because of its similarity with Taj it is also called Baby taj.Overnight at Agra.
